Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
This policy governs transactions undertaken through Reebuy in relation to the purchase of used electronic devices.

1. Scope
This Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy governs transactions undertaken through Reebuy in relation to the purchase of used electronic devices.
2. Cancellation Before Pickup
The Seller may cancel a transaction at any time prior to the physical handover of the Device without any penalty.
3. Inspection and Revised Offer
All quotations provided by Reebuy are indicative and subject to inspection.
Where the actual condition of the Device differs from the information provided by the Seller, Reebuy may revise the purchase price; reject the Device; cancel the Transaction.
The Seller may either accept or decline the revised offer.
4. Cancellation After Handover
After the Device has been physically handed over and accepted by Reebuy, cancellation requests shall be considered solely at Reebuy's discretion and subject to administrative charges.
5. Finality of Transactions
Once the Device has been accepted; payment has been completed; and ownership has been transferred, the transaction shall be deemed final.
No return, exchange or reversal shall ordinarily be permitted.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Reebuy may, at its sole discretion, process refunds in circumstances including duplicate payments; technical errors; accidental transfers; clerical mistakes.
Nothing herein obligates Reebuy to provide refunds in every case.
7. Fraudulent Transactions
If any Device is subsequently found to be stolen; counterfeit; illegally obtained; blacklisted; misrepresented; Reebuy reserves the right to cancel the transaction; recover amounts already paid; initiate civil or criminal proceedings; cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
8. Recovery of Amounts
Where payment has already been released, the Seller shall refund the amount received together with transportation expenses; inspection charges; storage charges; legal expenses; damages suffered by Reebuy.
9. No Return of Devices
After ownership has passed to Reebuy, the Device may be refurbished; dismantled; recycled; destroyed; disposed of. Accordingly, return of the Device may not be possible.
10. Force Majeure
Reebuy shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
11. Amendments
Reebuy reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice to the seller. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the Platform. The seller shall be responsible to review this Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services after any such modifications shall constitute your consent to such modifications.
